Built on proof, not promises
We started CertifySpace because finding a properly accredited property professional should not depend on luck. Today we connect UK homeowners, landlords, buyers, sellers and agents with verified surveyors, energy assessors, electricians, gas engineers, architects, structural engineers, solicitors, brokers, cleaners and more.

What we do
We verify each firm's accreditation and insurance for every service it offers, and pause a service automatically when documents expire. Customers compare anonymous quotes with prices, ratings and earliest slots, and firm details are shared only once a booking is accepted. Firms use prepaid Connect Tokens and see the cost upfront, so there is no paying for clicks.
Packs for every stage
Our packs bundle the checks you need for moving in, selling, between tenancies, HMOs, blocks of flats and a yearly Home MOT, so you can book everything in one go.
