This policy explains how RMCMS LTD, trading as CertifySpace, uses cookies and similar technologies on CertifySpace.com and the CertifySpace app.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage and the app cache, store information in your browser in the same way. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
2. Your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept optional cookies. Accept all and Reject all are equally easy to choose, and you can pick individual categories in Cookie settings.
We only set strictly necessary cookies until you choose. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Rejecting optional cookies does not stop you using CertifySpace.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in or pay.

Stripe cookies are only set on pages where you buy Connect Tokens or manage payment details.
Functional, analytics and marketing
We do not currently set any functional, analytics or marketing cookies. Before we start using one, we will add it to this table with its name, provider, purpose and duration, and ask for your consent first.
5. Third-party links and content
Our footer links to our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages. These sites set their own cookies when you visit them, under their own policies. We do not embed their tracking on our pages.
